Trey Tyler currently serves as a Developer for Cypressbrook Company. His primary duties include exploring potential markets, conducting financial analysis, and managing multi-family projects and single-family build-to-rent projects from initial due diligence through entitlement, construction, and lease-up. Prior to joining Cypressbrook Company, Mr. Tyler founded a real estate investment company focused on acquiring and rehabbing single-family homes in the greater Houston area. Mr. Tyler also spent 16 years at Halliburton Company in roles of increasing responsibility throughout Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Repair & Maintenance Operations. He most recently served as Director of Operations with P&L accountability for a $500MM annual business across 53 sites in 33 countries. He has a track record of growing revenues, maximizing EBITDA, upgrading customer experience, and delivering the highest levels of safety and quality performance. Mr. Tyler received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003 on a full academic scholarship. He is fully licensed to practice real estate as prescribed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. During his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and three children.
