Stephanie Layton offers more than 20 years of multifamily industry experience, advancing
through every tier of on-site and regional operations since 1998. Throughout her career, she has
directed portfolios of up to 2,700 units spanning Class A mid-rise and garden-style communities,
with extensive expertise in lease-ups, new construction, capital renovations, and complex
property transitions.
Stephanie holds CAM, CAPS, and CPO certifications and is recognized for her results-driven,
people-first leadership approach grounded in operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and
team development.
Outside of work, she partners with local game wardens to support the rescue and rehabilitation of
exotic animals, reflecting her strong commitment to community service and animal welfare.
