Patricia Chesser serves as a Commercial Brokerage Associate. She is fully accredited to practice real estate as prescribed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) specializing in multifamily acquisitions/dispositions, office/industrial leasing and property development/management. Through speed, skill & stewardship, she concurrently manages multiple projects of varying complexity and scope involving cross-functional teams while providing expertise and consultative advice throughout the life cycle. Her proactive "can do" approach to problem solving instills client confidence, wins repeat business and generates excellent referrals. Earlier in her career, Patricia coordinated and integrated new graduate recruitment operations as well as researched and negotiated outsourcing partnerships for Halliburton. While at the University of Michigan, she worked on the Health & Retirement Study (HRS) as well as the Housing & Children's Healthy Development Study (HCHD) managing project plans, budgets, resource allocation and project timelines. As a University of Houston alumni, Patricia is an active member of Cougar Pride.
