Luisa Arias serves as Regional Manager for CMM with more than a decade of multifamily experience. She began her career in 2012 as a leasing professional and has since advanced to leading operations across Class A, B, and C assets, luxury lease-ups, high-rises, and HUD communities in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Little Rock. Recognized as Regional Manager of the Year in 2020, Luisa is known for turning around underperforming assets, driving occupancy and NOI growth, and leading high-performing teams. She is CAM-certified, proficient in RealPage, and is currently completing her degree in Business Management. Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Luisa is fluent in English and Spanish and also speaks Papiamento. She now calls Houston home, where she enjoys traveling, cooking, and proudly cheering on her son as a dedicated soccer mom.
