Linda Kitchens Daniel serves as a community manager for Cypressbrook Company. She oversees and manages both of their properties in Lufkin Texas (Greenbriar and Wooded Acres). Linda served as vice president and president of the Pinewood’s Apartment Association. She graduated Angelina College, obtained her real estate license and during that time also completed her CALP, CAM and CAPS certifications from the National Apartment Association. Previous to Cypressbrook, she oversaw new construction, lease-up and the management of retail stores, state buildings, shopping centers and a federal building. She serves on the Mosaic Center in Lufkin and is a long-time member of the Church of Christ. She has been happily married for 30 years to her husband Howard. In her spare time, you will find her on their farm enjoying her horses, donkeys and dogs. Once an avid scuba diver, she now likes to relax and fish at their lake house on Sam Rayburn.
