Jodi Fitch serves as Marketing Manager for Cypressbrook Company. She also assists with Property Management for various Industrial and Office complexes. While serving as Marketing Manager her responsibilities include planning, designing, and implementing all marketing and media activities, advertising, and event planning. She also creates and designs all fliers and marketing material used in mailers and advertising promotions. While serving as assistant Property Manager, Ms. Sharp’s duties include maintaining tenant and vendor relations, assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivables, and coordinating and overseeing finish-outs, move-ins, landscapers, and janitorial crews. Prior to joining the Cypressbrook team Jodi was a Principal with A.C.P. LLC, an Industrial solvent and sealant company focused on the aviation industry, where she oversaw customer relations, accounting, and sales. Jodi also is a licensed Texas Real Estate salesperson and has had experience with both commercial and residential real estate transactions. In her spare time, Jodi enjoys getting plenty of exercise, the great outdoors, photography, and caring for her family and friends.
