Jodi Collier serves as the Human Resources Director for Cypressbrook Multifamily Management, where she is responsible for employee relations, payroll, benefit design and administration, full cycle recruiting, onboarding, and all phases of employee development. Jodi has over 15 years of Human Resources experience in various industries including manufacturing, oil and gas services and regulatory consulting. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). In her spare time, Jodi enjoys reading, exercising, being in the great outdoors whenever possible (preferably on a boat!), and spending time with her family and friends.
