Jessica specializes in creating efficient and structured teams through comprehensive training and operational uniformity. When she’s not working to foster a positive and cohesive work environment, she pursues her passion for writing, aiming to become a published author and open her own bookstore. In her personal time, Jessica enjoys quiet moments with her two teenage daughters and her black cat, Ringo, as well as unwinding with a book.
