Jennifer Barletta currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Cypressbrook Mulitfamily Management where she oversees all duties of the Human Resources Department. Ms. Barletta has over 20 years' experience in Property Management and most recently lead the lease up of Ariza Gosling, which exceeded proforma and leased up to 95% in under six months. Ms. Barletta has a vast range of experience in property management including lease ups, renovations, garden style and mid-rise communities in both urban and suburban areas of Houston, Dallas and Lake Charles, Louisiana. Ms. Barletta has worked on 16+ communities, has multi-site managed in Houston and Dallas, and has successfully lead lease ups in Houston and Lake Charles. In her spare time Ms. Barletta enjoys spending quality time with her children, reading, traveling and planning vacations.
