Eva Kluber serves as a regional manager at Cypressbrook and is a multifamily real estate executive
with a career spanning more than 25 years in property management and operations. Her experience
includes executive oversight of property management operations, regional and portfolio leadership,
new development and lease-ups, asset performance, revenue management, marketing, and training.
Throughout her career, Eva has led diverse multifamily portfolios and built a reputation for
delivering swift financial results, developing high-performing teams, and creating operational
strategies that strengthen occupancy, NOI, and long-term asset value. She earned her BS in
Psychology and Biology from the University of Houston, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
When not at work, she enjoys hiking and spending time with family.
