The 240-unit project will be a Class A, three story, garden-style apartment complex. It will include a luxury resort style pool, fitness center, dog park and resort style clubhouse as part of the amenity package.

The Corpus Christi economy continues to grow and is in a cyclical upturn. Existing refineries, port business, the Corpus Christi Naval Air Station and Texas A&M Corpus Christi provide a strong economic foundation. Meanwhile, a new SABIC Exxon refinery is under construction across the bay in Portland, Texas. The site we intend to develop is located in the rapidly growing south side, which is the preferred location for home buyers and multifamily renters alike. A significant concentration of medical offices and hospitals is located approximately 1.5 miles from the site. A new branch of Del Mar College is opening in 2022 on a site about a half mile from the South La Palmera Mall. The Corpus Christi Country Club is also located approximately two miles from the site.
