Approximately ±16.85 acres of land under development with a 266 unit apartment project and amenity center. Located just east of the Highway 6 bypass off Harvey Road or State Highway 30 and just 2.5 miles west of Texas A&M University.
The project was initiated in 2017, built through 2018 and 2019, reaching stabilization in late 2019. The project began generating an 8% per annum distribution back to investors in late 2019 and was refinanced in first quarter of 2020 returning approximately 30% of the invested equity back to the investors. The project was sold in early 2021.
The site is located on the rapidly growing east side of College Station, with easy access to Post Oak Mall, Veteran’s Park, numerous retail and dining establishments, and several local employment centers. The main campus of Texas A&M University is located approximately 2.5 miles west of the site. Access is excellent via the Highway 6 bypass, Harvey Road/Highway 30 and Copperfield Parkway.
