Andy Ayers is a Commercial Broker for Cypressbrook Company specializing in tenant and landlord representation for office/industrial leasing and sales. Prior to joining Cypressbrook he served as an independent broker while working in various operations, maintenance, and engineering roles for DuPont, Shell, Noble, & Transocean. He was on the Macondo Relief Well Kill Team that fixed the BP Oil Spill Crisis and drilled the deepest measured depth well in Shell’s history. Mr. Ayers obtained a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin where he was a member of Kappa Alpha Order. He obtained his real estate license prior to graduating from UT in 2008 and his broker’s license in 2012. Mr. Ayers and his family are members of Blackhorse Golf Club and Foundry United Methodist Church in Cypress, TX.
