Instruments Corporation, in the leasing of 31,432 SF of office and warehouse space at 13770 Hollister Rd. Houston, TX 77086. Logan Greer of Insite Realty represented the Landlord, East Group Properties, LP.

Jim Cooper of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, HASA, Inc., in the leasing of 7,050 SF of warehouse space located at 15911 Morales Road, Houston, TX 77032. The Landlord, COFE Properties, was represented by David Bays.

George Montes of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, PCA 5 LLC., in the leasing of 6,075 SF of retail space located at 5524 Richmond Ave., Houston 77056. Gareth Kohlhausen of Z-Three Real Estate represented the Landlord, Fisher Systems LLC.
