Payton Herleth of Matthews Real Estate represented the Landlord, Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, Inc.

George Montes of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Teksys Inc., in the renewal of 3,000 SF of flex office space at 5401 Mitcheldale St., Houston, Texas. Andy Parish of Partners represented the Landlord, PCRIF Mitcheldale LLC.
