Greg Usher of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Blanton Advisors, LLC, in the lease extension of 771 SF at 19221 I-45 South, Shenandoah, TX. Terri Torregrossa of Moody Rambin Interests represented the Landlord, RP Southwood, L.P.
