George Montes of Cypressbrook Company represented the Buyer, Daddy Group, LLC, in the acquisition of a ground-leased property located at 9534 Fry Rd., Cypress, TX 77433. The property includes a 3,138 SF building situated on approximately 0.94 acres. Scott Crowle, Jack Hinson, and Kevin Murray of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Seller, GC Tuckerton-Fry One, L.P.

John Hornbuckle of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, McGrath and Company, in the leasing of 10,783 SF of office space at Brookhollow Central II, located at 2900 North Loop West, Houston, TX 77092. Brian Strait and Parker Noble of Stream Realty represented the Landlord, DM Brookhollow, LLC.

Greg Usher of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Mitchell Minerals, Ltd., in the renewal of 2,169 SF of office space located at 2204 Timberloch Place, The Woodlands, TX 77380. Cathy Young of SVN J. Beard Company represented the Landlord, Timberloch Inc.
