Cypressbrook Company is pleased to announce the following transactions: Greg Usher of Cypressbrook Company represented the Buyer, American Sports Courts LLC., in purchasing a 3,500 SF flex/industrial building located at 25306 Hufsmith-Hohrvill Rd., Tomball TX 77375. Ryan Hutson of Hutson Realty Partners, LLC., represented the Seller, DMM Enterprises LLC.

Kimberly DeVos of Cypressbrook Company represented the Landlord, Todd & Kerri Ellis, in leasing 3,024 SF of space located at 25302 Oakhurst Dr in Spring Texas. The Tenant, Redeemed Ministries, was represented by Ricarda Marcano with Compass RE Texas.
