John Hornbuckle of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Premium Eagle Logistics, in the leasing of 14,880 SF of office and warehouse space at 16548 Air Center Blvd. Val Costello of Brummett and Company represented the Landlord, Transcentral Associates, LTD.

George Montes of Cypressbrook Company represented the Buyer, Cinco RE Invest, LLC., in the purchase of 1.23 acres of land on Lakefair Dr. in Richmond TX. John Erck, Reed Vestal, and Quade Towers of Junction Commercial Real Estate represented the Seller, Advanced Periodontics and Implants of Katy PLLC.

Kimberly DeVos of Cypressbrook Company represented the Landlord, Milner Property Holdings, LP, in leasing 2,250 SF of space located at 1776 Woodstead Ct., The Woodlands, TX 77380. The Tenant, Ethylene Strategies International, Inc., was represented by Steven Seltzer with S.E. Covington & Company.
