George Montes of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, ABG Resources, Inc. DBA Mycot Style, in leasing 6,442 SF of office/warehouse space at 25275 Budde Rd., Spring, TX. Michael Blount of Panoptic Realty Group represented the Landlord, Lone Star C & L Investments, LLC.

John Hornbuckle of Cypressbrook Company represented the Landlord, EP Office Holdings, in leasing 2,595 SF of office space at 4615 Southwest Frwy, Houston, TX. Charles Fertitta of Colliers International represented the Tenant, Ingenero, Inc.

Greg Usher of Cypressbrook Company represented the Seller, Cypressbrook Vision Park, L.P., in the sale of 3.14 acres of land to VP 2020, LLC, located at 134 Vision Park Dr., Shenandoah TX. The Buyer was represented by Keagan LeBlanc of Pinecroft Realty.

Kimberly DeVos of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Garden Thai Cuisine, in leasing 3,804 SF of restaurant and patio space located at The Washington Building, 2228 Mechanic St, Galveston, TX 77550. The Landlord, Mitchell Historic Properties, Inc. represented themselves.
