Carrie O’Barr currently serves as the Regional Director for Cypressbrook Multifamily Management, where she handles and oversees the management and operations of all CMM properties through takeover, lease-up, and stabilization. Prior to being promoted to this position, Carrie was a community manager for Ariza Temple and a Regional Manager with multi-site responsibilities including budgeting for all projects, REAC Inspections, and monthly financial reports. Mrs. O’Barr has over 20 years of experience in property management including student housing, military housing, and residential & commercial property management. Mrs. O’Barr served as President of the Apartment Association of Central Texas as well as Director and Vice President. In her spare time, she enjoys boating on Lake Belton with her husband Sean, and family.
